About Ryan

Ryan started with Roots in 2021 as a Horticulturist on the Fine Gardening team. Having previously worked as an assistant nursery manager at Terrain, he brings over 10 years’ experience in the landscape and horticulture fields. From container plantings to routine maintenance, Ryan enjoys getting his hands dirty while providing beautiful results for his clients’ properties.

In his free time, he loves going on hikes with his family, mushroom foraging, and home-brewing his own beers. Above all, Ryan’s favorite pastime is playing in the backyard with his 2-year-old son.
